Supervisors and Managers Bootcamp

SMB classroom
The Supervisors and Managers Bootcamp is a NEW institute for supervisors and managers from PMG! This week-long course can be attended in place of our 3 day FFS and ESI courses or as a refresher to both.

The SMB is a five day program that includes essential skills for any new or experienced supervisor, manager, or project manager. The Bootcamp is a highly interactive sequence of topics, tips, and tools to develop and sharpen leadership skills. Participants leave armed with knowledge and confidence in their ability to solve some of the challenges that come with supervising others.
