Transfer, Substitution, and Cancellation Policy

We understand situations occur and a participant may need to transfer to another session, substitute a colleague in their place, or cancel their attendance:

Substitutions: Substitutions are allowed at no cost to the agency as long as they are made one week before the start of the program and as long as the assessments have not been completed by the participant who is being substituted. If the assessment was started or it is within one week, a $100 fee will be charged.

Transfers: Transfers from one session to another are allowed. We ask that you let us know as soon as you can but by three weeks prior to the start of the program if you need to transfer to the next session. Transfers within three weeks before the start of the program will be associated with a $300 fee.

Cancellations: A processing fee of $400 will be charged for cancellations made less than three weeks prior to the start of a session.

Payment: Full program payment is due 4 weeks prior to the start of the program.
