Yvonne Crenshaw, MS, Senior Consultant and Facilitator at the Performance Management Group (PMG), is an accomplished facilitator, trainer, coach, and writer. Her focus for the last 15 years has been on performance management, leadership, and personal and organizational development.  She has experience working with both state and local governments.

Yvonne's education includes an M.S. in psychology from Virginia State University and a B.S. in both business education and English from the University of the District of Columbia. She is a certified MBTI administrator, a Dialogue practitioner, a meditation guide, and a lifetime member of Pi Lambda Theta, a professional educational honor society, and division of Phi Delta Kappa.
