Consultant and Facilitator
Sarah Jackson is a Consultant with the Performance Management Group. Prior to joining PMG, Sarah led multi-agency networks in responding to community needs in the areas of youth and adult education, workforce development, and refugee resettlement. In her current role, she provides a variety of consulting services to organizations including policy analysis, organizational assessment, survey design and evaluation, and performance management. As a facilitator, Sarah strives to create an inclusive space that promotes learning and growth while centering the collective wisdom and aspirations of participants. She enjoys exploring leadership challenges and opportunities in the areas of change management, coaching and performance, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
Sarah is passionate about helping teams and leaders develop the collaborative and strategic processes needed to do their best work. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature & Creative Writing from Colorado College and a master's degree in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
