Consultant and Facilitator
Cameron Carter, MSW is a human-centered consultant and facilitator who works with individuals and organizations to authentically engage in reflective practices to inform goal setting and develop a plan to reach those goals. Prior to joining PMG, Cameron was a faculty member and higher education leader with a focus on community engagement and workforce preparation. She has worked with organizations in the public, private, nonprofit, for-profit, religious, and policy sectors to develop plans for capacity building and consult in the area of workforce preparation and inclusive practices. She has particular expertise in leading teams through uncertainty, change, and transitions in leadership. Cameron brings over 10 years of experience teaching social work students as they grow and develop through their internship experiences. Cameron is passionate about facilitating conversations to enhance systems assessment and design related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Cameron holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Randolph-Macon College, majoring both in psychology and music.
